Cottage

• Maid service, Mondays to Saturdays for about two and a half hours. The maid only cleans the communal areas and changes the towels in the bathrooms (not pool towels). Cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen etc is available at extra cost
• Final cleaning
• Arrival set of bed linen, towels and pool towels. Linen and bathroom towels are also changed mid-week
• Full time house manager who is on the estate six days a week and can assist with any issues, setting up the barbecue, fire pits, recommend restaurants and much more
• Wireless broadband internet available throughout the house and external areas
• Pool heating from mid-June to mid-September

• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition. Some parts are steep uphill and bumpy

• Special cancellation policies apply. Less than seven weeks prior to arrival date: 100% of the letting fee; between seven and nine weeks prior to arrival date: 90% of the letting fee; more than nine weeks prior to arrival date: 75% of the letting fee
