KINDLY NOTE:

• The property caretaker resides on-site, in independent quarters. Guests’ privacy is guaranteed.
• The villa is accessed via a 1.6km unpaved road with some bumpy sections. 
• Due to the hilly terrain that characterizes the Chianti area, there are some drops; children should be supervised. 
• The outdoor pool is accessible by climbing 30 steps from the courtyard. It is equipped with kitchen, pergola, sofas, and seven gazebos with beds.
