• This villa requires a EUR 3,000 security deposit to be paid with the balance of the rental. This is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay. 
• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro
