• Cook service: please note that for insurance and liability matters only suppliers approved by the owner of the property are allowed in the house. Breakfast can be arranged from EUR 15 per person, 3-course meals from EUR 40 per person.

• Following the supply difficulties for cleaning and laundry supply companies and in order to be able to guarantee the luxury standards of the house, the checkout has to be on or before 9am.
• The owner’s villa is located behind the property. It has its own access. The garden is separate, and the pool is of exclusive use by clients. 
• Extras are payable locally in cash (€) only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted. 
• A security deposit of €300 is due on arrival in cash. In case there are no damages to the property this money can be used for the payment of extras charged "per consumption".
