About Castello di Reschio Brusceto
This is how Italy should be experienced. Brusceto is a restored 17th-century farmhouse set in its own private grounds. It boasts commanding views over rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and woods of chestnut. Pretty much as far as the eye can see is the 2,700 acres of the exclusive Castello di Reschio estate. The main house, annex and pool house have been meticulously restored to offer a flexible entertaining space that can sleep 10 to 14 people.
The light and airy interiors feature state of the art bathrooms and kitchen. There's the undisputed charm of the large courtyard and an undisguised luxury to the covered, outdoor dining area. Explore further to discover a spectacular, heated infinity pool fringed by several intimate sitting areas.
Things don’t get much more unique than Brusceto. Scattered amid the delicious Umbrian landscape are just 50 farmhouses, almost as old as the green hills hiding them. Only a dozen have been restored by the owner of Castello di Reschio, Count Antonio Bolza. He still resides in the magnificent 11th-century Castello that dominates the estate.
Integral to the heritage and splendour of these Umbrian villas is the age-old tradition of service. The concierge can provide personal drivers, daily maid service, food delivery and cooking services. As a guest of the estate you can enjoy classic Italian food in the delightful setting of the Osteria. There's also horse-riding, mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting, tennis and country walks on the estate. And, of course, there's those unspoilt views.
