The interior of villa Sa Punta de S'Aguila has been decorated to exceptional standards. Exposed beamed ceilings, terracotta flooring and handpicked island-sourced furniture preserve the Mallorcan charm. Vibrant accents are added with contemporary art and high-tech gizmos. Sa Punta de S'Aguila's five bedrooms comfortably sleep 10, while several rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces.

Kindly note:

A tennis court is located on the estate and is shared with the visitors of the other two Villas and Son Bunyola hotel. Clients need to book their times in advance, the usage is free of charge. A car is recommended to get to the tennis court
The brand-new Son Bunyola hotel (27 Rooms) is now open. While the hotel can be seen on the drive to the Villa, the living areas or terraces are not in any way exposed to the hotel
Shorter stays of 4 nights minimum, with a flexible change over day, are available outside peak season. Please contact your Villa specialist for more details

Availability information

Our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year; however, this can vary.

Please enquire with us to find out more about rental periods for specific properties. If you're interested in shorter stays or alternative arrival days outside the high season, let us know and we'll try to match your requirements.

Please note that the standard check-in time at our properties is between 4pm and 7pm, and that we ask guests to vacate the property by 10am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

In the area

Sa Punta de S'Aguila is one of three properties on a vast 680-acre private estate near the village of Banyalbufar in the rural Tramuntana Mountain range.
A winding single-lane road leads from the property to the main road in about 10-15 minutes and from there it takes another approx. 10 minutes to Banyalbufar, about 20 minutes to Valldemossa, 30 minutes to Deia and 35-40 minutes to Palma's centre and airport.
After an approx. 15-20 minute meander from the villa through the olive grove, you will find the estate's small pebble beach.
