About Quinta Lagos
The seaside city of Lagos in the western Algarve boasts a rich seafaring heritage, historic cobbled streets and plenty of authentic restaurants. Nestled in the Calicas Hills just above it, Quinta Lagos enjoys seclusion and a location just five minutes from the historic centre and golden sands of Meia Praia – the best of both worlds.
A stately house in the classical style, it is surrounded by tropical gardens. In both you’ll find plenty to entertain – a pool that can be heated on request, tennis court, putting green, pool table, table tennis and cinema room. Daily maid service is also included from Monday to Friday.
Within, traditional Portuguese charm mingles with a unique and playful décor that includes bespoke fixtures, hits of bright colour and contemporary art that create an air of the eclectic. Downstairs, the living space has French doors that can be thrown open onto the expansive pool terrace, set for al fresco dining and lounging. Four of the six bedrooms occupy the upper floor; each with their own personality, they all have access to a terrace with spectacular views that reach to the ocean. Two further bedrooms can be found in a self-contained apartment that also has a kitchen and living room.
